Current Research Interests:

Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN):

Correlation of the ROSAT All Sky Survey catalogue with large scale radio surveys (Molonglo, 5 GHz Green Bank, FIRST) -- broad band properties of AGN -- source identification -- follow-up observations of distinct objects --- detailed studies of various classes of objects: BL Lacs, high-z quasars, BAL quasars, interaction of AGN with their surroundings, X-ray observations with XMM - Newton

Supernova Remnants:

The Crab nebula -- pulsar - plerion interactions -- Non Equilibrium Ionisation models of the X-ray emission -- X-ray observations -- time-dependent hydrodynamic simulations

For relevant publications click here

SS433:

X-ray observations with EXOSAT, Ginga, ROSAT, Asca, and XMM-Newton -- hydrodynamic modeling of the X-ray jets -- 3D time-dependent hydrodynamic simulations of the precessing jets and their interaction with W50
